How it works
AskRecap reads a coin and answers in five lines. Each line is a fact with a source. There is no score and no label.
Using it on X
Tag @AskRecap under a coin post, or put a CA in the mention. Compare two coins with $A vs $B. The five lines are free, 10 a day for each account. The same mention is answered once.
Recaps live at userecap.fun/r/.
Compare
On the site, open Compare and paste two contract addresses. The two recaps sit side by side, and lines that differ are marked.
Holders
Plus is $100 of $RECAP. Max is $1,000. Both go first and skip the daily cap. Max also gets an API key and 20 follows. The dollar value is read at sign in and every 10 minutes, with a 20 percent band and 24 hours of grace.
API
GET /api/recap/{mint} returns the five lines, the catalyst, the numbers, and the sources. An MCP tool named recap_coin calls the same data. Free calls are limited. Max holders can create a key.
Data sources
Price, liquidity, and volume come from DexScreener and GeckoTerminal. Holders come from the chain, with pool and lock accounts excluded. A catalyst is included only when a timed event happened before the volume spike.
Tone and limits
Facts only. AskRecap does not call a coin a scam or a rug, and it does not tell you to buy or sell. The site check is a second pass. It costs 0.005 SOL unless you are Plus or Max.
